To reopen your dreamweaver file you need to locate the root folder and place it back in to user work
CSS document is not closely linked to design elements like html. CSS has many advantages over html such as colour and font, as well as more detailed layouts.
Create stylesheet that links to every page.
Grey text in a css document is just a note for the designer.
