FLYER:

I started the process by creating a 7 row by 11 column grid, I then started relaying the relevant information in to the design considering hierarchy of text.

In the end i decided that this was the most functional design and displayed the information in the most effective and appropriate way. The layout clearly shows the hierarchy of text, with the most important information (the title) being the most recognisable on the page.

CONCERTINA BOOKLET:

The importance of this part of the brief was to create a cohesive concertina book that displayed all the relevant information and worked well as single page, DPS and as a whole, I think i managed this well. 

This day long brief has been really beneficial in teaching me about the importance of functionality with in design. It has taught me to always consider the hierarchy of texts and always to consider the context and constraints in which the design format will be viewed in.
